About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team on a project-based contractual basis. This role involves creating compelling marketing visuals tailored for our real estate and small-business partners. The scope of work includes designing listing graphics, social media content, brochures, email templates, and branded visual assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand designs that resonate with target audiences and support our partners' marketing strategies. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a consistent stream of projects, allowing for predictable work volume and earnings. Compensation varies between $600 and $1,400 per month, depending on project volume and complexity. Designers who demonstrate efficiency, creativity, and reliability can expect to build a steady workflow and grow their income over time. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of professional design experience, whether through agency work, freelancing, or in-house positions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design projects, including illustrative work and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
