Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Web3 Marketing and Partnerships Manager to help with community building and partnership initiatives. This role is crucial for identifying and securing partnerships with communities, NFT groups, DAOs, alpha call groups, and other projects. You will also leverage your marketing experience within web3 to create content plans and strategy. You will be the driving force behind our community growth, bringing in potential partnerships and helping us expand our reach in the Web3 space. The goal of this role is to onboard as many people into our community to participate in our latest product launch and our upcoming token launch.
Day-to-Day:
Actively engage on social media platforms to find and connect with potential partners.
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem.
Manage relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
Help with marketing efforts, content calendar, social channels and strategy.
Secure strategic deals with larger players to arrange things like NFT drops.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within the Web3 industry.
Established network and strong connections within the Web3 community.
Deep understanding of Web3 community building and marketing.
Hustler mentality with a passion for building and being part of a community.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of growing communities and securing high-value partnerships.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
