Overview
We're partnering with an early-stage US technology company that's transforming how fleet operators manage toll payments and mobility operations across the United States.
After previously building one of the largest toll management businesses in North America, the founding team is launching a next-generation platform designed to serve fleets of all sizes from enterprise customers to small businesses, rental companies, and dealerships. As they continue growing, they're looking for a Operations Analyst to help build and scale the operational backbone of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team, work directly with company leadership, and have a real impact on how operations evolve from day one.
What you'll do
- Manage operational processes related to customer onboarding and toll account administration.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Order, track, and manage operational equipment and shipments.
- Build reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Improve internal workflows by identifying ineficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, and customer onboarding.
- Take ownership of recurring operational activities while adapting to new business needs as the company grows.

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with operational data.
- SQL knowledge is a strong plus (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
