About the Role

This position is perfect for a Senior Graphic Designer that is highly motivated, fast, independent, and creative — who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who has come up inside e-commerce, ideally in beauty or supplements, where things move fast and performance is everything.

We are looking for someone capable of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused projects with minimal supervision. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and motivation under pressure is essential.

The scope of this role is broad — spanning product page images (Shopify + Amazon), packaging, retail materials, and catalogs, in addition to promo and ad creative. These genuinely draw on two different skill sets: packaging/retail/catalog work leans print and brand design, while promo/Amazon imagery is conversion-focused digital design. We prioritize strength in conversion-focused marketing design first, with brand/print ability as a strong bonus.

AI will play a key role in your creative and production process. You will be expected to integrate it effectively to optimize workflows, increase execution speed, and maximize project performance — while staying constantly up to date with the latest industry developments and trends. The ability to properly post-produce AI-generated images is crucial, ensuring high quality, visual consistency, and elevated professional standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Creation of static ads and promo imagery for Meta/Amazon and other platforms .
• Generation of images and visual assets using AI tools to accelerate concept development and enhance creative production.

• Execution of photo retouching and post-production on both photoshoot images and AI-generated visuals.
• Application of basic CRO principles to improve conversion rates.
• Creation of product page images for Shopify and Amazon.
• Creation and preparation of designs for packaging, print, retail materials, and catalogs when required.
• Collaboration with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Efficient and autonomous management of multiple design projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Who You Are

• You have proven experience as a Graphic Designer within e-commerce, ideally in beauty or supplements — you know how fast that environment moves.
• You have a strong portfolio that includes e-commerce digital graphic designs: static ads for digital campaigns, AI-generated marketing visuals, advanced editing and post-production, and landing page asset design. (Applicants without this type of portfolio will not be considered)
• You have excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• You are located in the CET time zone or a similar time zone.
• You have a strong portfolio that includes e-commerce digital graphic designs: static ads for digital campaigns, AI-generated marketing visuals, advanced editing and post-production, and landing page asset design.
• You are able to independently conceptualize and develop design projects, managing them from initial idea to prototype through to final production.
• You have excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop ,Illustrator and Figma.and Illustrator.
• You have solid experience in creating images and visual assets using Artificial Intelligence tools, effectively integrating them into your creative workflow.
• You demonstrate outstanding photo retouching and post-production skills, with strong attention to detail and final quality.
• You learn quickly, adapt easily to change, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• You take full ownership of processes and results, working with precision and proactivity.
• You are organized, autonomous, and professional in managing time, relationships, and operational execution.

Nice To Have's

• Familiarity with promo imagery and Amazon-specific creative formats.

• Italian or Spanish language skills (not required — we have AI translation workflows in place to bridge this).

• Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.

Who This Role Is Not For

This role is not for designers who need constant supervision, struggle to deliver work efficiently, or have difficulty managing multiple design projects simultaneously. If you're slow to deliver and adapt, easily overwhelmed, or require training to execute tasks, this role is not the right fit. This role is not for designers with no experience with e-commerce brands.

This role is a remote role and the appointment will be made on an independent contractor basis.
