Job Overview

Ability to implement, configure new client accounts (websites), and update software according to defined requirements. Excellent English communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders to accomplish project goals.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be fluent in English. Having the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and writing.
  • Able to implement, setup, and configure new client accounts.
  • Give support to client’s tickets(issues).
  • Manage multiple websites at the same time.


Qualifications

  • English B2+ or C1
  • Experience in Software configuration for different kinds of clients.
  • Experience giving support to clients.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Being familiar with server configuration.
  • Being familiar with web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP).
  • Having knowledge of web development and databases (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL).
  • Being familiar with Virtual Machines and VPN connections.
  • Candidate must be proactive, responsible and a team player.
