Role & Responsibilities

Capture demand, consult teams, and help them integrate the right DevSecOps approach with practical tools.
Optimize tools according to specific needs.
Work in a global team.
Create and provide training in DevSecOps.
Integrate solutions such as DAST and container scanning into processes, including pipeline integration.
Establish and maintain deeper GRC process integration (Archer).
Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Integrate additional applications into Azure DevOps (Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory).

Skills & Qualifications

Professional experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; certifications are beneficial.
Experience in agile ways of working and agile implementation approaches.
Deep knowledge in agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
Certification in Scrum or alternative agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, integration of additional applications into Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, CI/CD tools, and SAST/DAST container scanning.
Ability to work in a self-organized manner.
Willingness for self-development in additional applications in the BASF DevSecOps area.
Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
