About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Interior Designer with proven expertise in luxury residential villas and turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate must be able to lead the complete design journey from client brief and concept development through design coordination and project completion.

The role requires strong creativity, technical design knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills. The candidate must be able to clearly present and explain design concepts, provide professional design direction, and recommend suitable materials, products, and interior solutions based on the client's lifestyle, requirements, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete interior design concepts for luxury villas and turnkey residential projects.
• Translate client briefs and lifestyle requirements into clear, creative, and practical design solutions.
• Prepare space plans, mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
• Present and clearly explain design concepts, materials, and proposed solutions to clients.

• Guide clients through the design and selection process, providing clear direction and professional recommendations.
• Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, and interior products.
• Develop cohesive designs covering the full villa, including flooring, ceilings, walls, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, joinery, furniture, and decorative elements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of new materials, current and upcoming design trends, innovative products, and interior technologies.
• Coordinate design requirements with technical designers, project managers, site teams, estimators, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Conduct site visits and provide design direction throughout project execution.
• Ensure the approved design concept and design intent are maintained from concept to completion.
• Resolve design-related challenges with practical and creative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in luxury residential villas, interior fit-out, or turnkey interior projects.
• Proven experience managing the full interior design cycle from concept to completion.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and concept storytelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, and interior products.
• Excellent awareness of new materials, design trends, innovative solutions, and emerging interior technologies.
• FF&E expertise, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, and product selection, is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity, design sense, technical understanding, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage.
