Summary:
The Human Resources Manager leads core HR operations and serves as a trusted partner to leadership, managers, and employees. This role oversees the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation support, benefits, compliance, and HR process improvements while promoting positive employee experience and strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage HR operations while serving as a trusted partner to leadership, managers, and employees across the organization.
· Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development, and offboarding.
· Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.

· Advise managers and employees on workplace concerns, policies, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee relations matters.
· Conduct employee relations investigations, document outcomes, and partner with leadership on effective resolutions.
· Support performance management and talent initiatives, including annual reviews, employee check-ins, career progression, and employee development.
· Manage compensation processes, including annual raises, bonuses, commissions, and employee recognition initiatives.
· Support payroll and benefits administration, including compensation updates, open enrollment, health benefits, and retirement plan support.
· Maintain HR systems, employee records, reporting, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
· Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, workflows, and compliance processes.
· Manage HR compliance initiatives, including audits, required training, and employment documentation.
· Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and development initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
· 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with demonstrated experience supporting employee relations, talent management, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience supporting a fully remote workforce, including experience with remote employee engagement, communication practices, HR processes, and maintaining strong employee experience in a remote environment.
