About the role:
As a Product Manager APAC you will build products that have an impact, ship features that make sustainable consumption the first choice for customers and build solutions to empower our community to be part of the circular economies. You will have a direct impact on the success of Reebelo, and the ability to amaze millions of customers across the globe - in a sustainable way!
You will be working within a global, multidisciplinary development team. On a regular basis, you will be working directly with the founders of Reebelo too!
Your typical day may include:
- Product Craft, from Discovery to Delivery: deliver best-in-class execution, own your KPIs, and help build a strong product-driven organization.
- End to End Ownership: communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's goals and ensure the timely and efficient execution of your product roadmap. Write user stories, assess their value, and prioritize.
- Customer Experience Advocate: actively research customer needs and pain points, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Sustainability Innovation: ship features that make sustainable consumption the first choice for customers, building solutions to empower our vendors and partners to be part of the circular economy.
We'd love to chat with you if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-scale startup, marketplace, or e-commerce environment
- Proven success in marketplace and e-commerce roles
- A passion for solving problems, coupled with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and getting things done
- A thriving attitude in startup environments - fast-paced settings energize you, and you’re excited by the lack of red tape. You need minimal direction to excel, aren’t bound by preconceived ideas, and embrace failure as part of the experimental process
