Senior SEO Specialist (Strategy SEO & Content SEO) in POLAND

Rampiq is a high-performing digital marketing agency focused on driving growth and results. The team is made up of over 20 uber-talented digital marketing consultants specializing in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.

Currently, Rampiq is looking for a specialist with extensive experience in SEO strategies, content and on-page SEO to join our team and keep conquering the top rankings in the toughest and most competitive niches (our focus niches are B2B IT, Software and SaaS).

We have an international team and work with US and EU markets and thus expect our successful candidates to have a good command of English (B2+).

• Managing SEO processes and leading SEO initiatives in the company;
• Staying on top of industry news  to identify opportunities for client growth;
• Coordinating with the head of delivery to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all company projects;
• Promotion strategies creation;
• Content strategies creation;
• Competitors’ content analysis;
• Content audit;
• Existing content recycling;
• Content plan creation;
• Creating detailed briefs for copywriters;
• Keywords research;
• On-page optimization;
• Backlink gap analysis;
• E-E-A-T audit;
• Link building and technical SEO.

• Google Search Console (GSC);
• Ahrefs;
• SEMRush;
• GA4;
• Screaming Frog;
• Any kind of ranking tracking software;
• Excel/Google Sheets advanced user;
• ChatGPT (use of prompts for content scripts, not copywriting).

• Fluent written English (is a must!);
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO for more than 3 years;
• Experience in leading an SEO team (desired);
• Proven experience with SEO strategies and content briefs (provide your portfolio);
• Link building and technical SEO experience;
• Analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines;
• Copywriting skills are a plus (but not required).

Work mode: Full-time and 100% remote.
