As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our data-driven initiatives and developing innovative solutions using machine learning techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy machine learning models that address complex business challenges. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other advanced techniques to drive impactful outcomes across various domains within the organization, including building Large Language Models (LLMs).

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define success criteria, and develop solutions that meet business objectives
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify insights and improve model performance
  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data for training and evaluation
  • Stay current with advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies, including building Large Language Models (LLMs), and apply them to solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability
  • Document and communicate technical approaches, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.


  • What You'll Bring

  • Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Experience with deep learning architectures for computer vision, natural language processing, or time series analysis
  • Familiarity with building Large Language Models (LLMs) and other advanced machine learning techniques
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark is a plus
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
