Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), full or part-time in GERMANY

Remote 7 months ago
We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a team of experienced tech and business professionals, based in Germany, UK and France. While we enjoy collaborating remotely most of the time (and so should you), we come together for regular team offsites in Europe. We are now recruiting for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in full or part-time to join us.

In this role you will act as sparring partner for our co-founders, be the mastermind behind our TA strategy, drive growth and own and perform full-cycle recruitment, from strategising roles to extending offers to successful candidates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuous sparring & alignment with co-founders on hiring plan & role priorities
  • Own Talent Acquisition and talent pooling strategy (yes, this will be up to 10 % of your job!)
  • Full-cycle recruitment
    • Role strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers on concrete roles to find and attract the best talent: work on scope of role, JD, define search strategy, interview process & scorecard and hiring team & committee
    • Core work: perform search, identify the best talent, daily pipeline management, screen, interview, provide feedback, schedule further interviews, collect feedback from hiring team, synch with hiring committee on decision, perform reference checks and make offers
  • First point of contact to candidates / face of the company, ensure best-in class candidate experience
  • Further develop TA metrics & benchmark hires against them
  • Own Employer Branding strategy and tell us how we can attract and keep the best in class and be an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a smooth handover from contract signature to onboarding employees, provide all the info necessary to co-founders / hiring managers for successful onboarding
  • Plus: support in people operations (onboarding, payroll, contracts, employee contact) if experience (max 25% of time).

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in a stand-alone, full-cycle, in-house Talent Acquisition role - ideally in the start-up environment or in a tech / consulting company
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • You have a track-record of scaling organisation from a TA perspective across different countries (and potentially different work models).
  • You have enjoyed being a sparring partner for a co-founder team in the past and would like to continue this journey
  • You are comfortable with our fully-remote set-up and travelling from time to time to our local hubs and to our offsite locations (if you have a knack for it, we'd be happy to include you in our organisation committee too)
  • You have additional experience in people operations and would like to spend some time on this as well.
  • You are positive, well-organised and like to be the first face / voice to our candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • You can teach us a thing or two about tech Talent Acquisition.
  • English is a must, German a very good to have. Other languages are a plus

Benefits

  • A role that is fully-remote and can be performed either in full or part-time to cater to your needs best and to give you maximum flexibility
  • A competitive compensation package incl. ESOP.
  • 30 days of vacation and up to 2 months of work from anywhere
  • Regular team offsites within Europe to foster collaboration and team spirit
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace where we value diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status
