Move is looking for a Talent Partner based in the UK to join our team as an embedded partner to one of our exciting and innovative clients (UK based tech startup). With a strong track record of sourcing and hiring world-class talent and success in building inclusive and skills rich talent pools - you'll have the ability to rapidly understand our clients business requirements & role requirements, and you'll be capable of deploying innovative and best in class strategic hiring processes that deliver exceptional results for hiring managers as well as an unmatched recruitment experiences to candidates - This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle while also working alongside a high performing, global team.
SALARY: £50k - £60k (per annum - pro rata)
DURATION: up to 6 Months
LOCATION: Fully Remote (UK Based)
HOURS: 40 hours per week - aligned to GMT Timezone
🧑💻 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
Contribute to meeting our clients' Hiring objectives by proactively Attracting, Sourcing, and Assessing candidates' Skills & Competencies at each stage of the Recruitment Process
Manage 8+ concurrently ongoing, high-paced open roles collaborating with numerous hiring managers and candidates
Identify, discuss and clarify candidates' objectives and needs. Turn them into recommendations and concise details for hiring managers to action
Gathering market-related data & insights and producing meaningful suggestions for improvements
Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others
🧰 What You'll Need To Succeed
A strong track record of recruitment experience within a Tech / SaaS environment
Success in building pipelines of Tech, Product & GTM talent
Exceptional understanding of Technical Hiring practices
Ability to rapidly understand our partners business model and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Experience managing and maintaining stakeholder expectations
Good stories on creating world-class candidate experiences
Ability to gather organisational insights and feedback to our internal teams
Professional level of english language proficiency
