About The Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital interfaces that support the operation, monitoring, and management of our robotic systems. Your work will involve translating complex technical workflows into elegant and efficient user interfaces, ensuring ease of use for operators and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers, you will help develop industry-leading user experiences for robot operator tools, dashboards, and various applications including mobile, web, and VR platforms. While robotics experience is a plus, the primary focus is on your ability to simplify complex systems, advocate for the user, and bring a strong design perspective to a multidisciplinary environment. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates located near our offices for in-person collaboration, meetings, and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web or software applications.
  • Experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or technical tools for enterprise software.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with prototyping and usability testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
