Main objective of the job:

• Creates automated reports for projects using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools like SSMS, SSIS, Knime, Power BI, Cloud, SQL Server.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Design, review, develop, and maintain KNIME workflows and PowerBI visualization for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL);
• Create and optimize analytical models and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making;
• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, into the KNIME environment;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the integration process;
• Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions;
• Provide training and support to team members on using KNIME effectively;
• Monitor and optimize the performance of KNIME workflows;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and workflow execution;
• Document workflow designs, processes, and best practices;
• Maintain comprehensive records of data sources, transformations, and outputs.
  
  

Studies:

• University Diploma;

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English advanced level (both written and verbal); German is a plus;
• Solid background in data analysis, ETL processes is a plus;
• Experience with data integration from various sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and flat files;
• Knowledge of KNIME Analytics Platform (or similar tools, ie. Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BI, etc);
• Programming knowledge in Python, R, or Java is a plus;
• Experience with SQL and database management;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic project management skills and ability to structure and lead team work;
• Knowledgeable in handling big data;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy;
