On behalf of our client, Beaumont Technologies, headquartered in Erie, PA, Decision Associates is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to support Beaumontโ€™s ambitious growth plans.

This is a newly created role, and the timing couldn't be better. You will own the entire sales and marketing function, set the direction, and grow a high-performing team across all three business units.

  • Customer Retention & Re-Engagement โ€“ Build and execute a plan to re-engage Beaumontโ€™s existing customer base and drive repeat business across all three companies.
  • Channel & Partner Development โ€“ Design and launch a structured channel partner program, including reps and distributors, with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Marketing & Demand Generation โ€“ Direct integrated marketing campaigns, trade show presence, brand positioning, and sales enablement materials. Guide the creative and marketing team to elevate Beaumontโ€™s market visibility.
  • Team Building โ€“ Directly lead existing team members in new business development, technical sales, and marketing/creative roles. Hire and develop additional sales staff as the business grows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration โ€“ Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and AIM Institute leadership to align commercial goals with technical capabilities.
  • Reporting & Governance โ€“ Oversee CRM governance, KPI reporting, and pipeline accuracy. Build the incentive and compensation structure for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales, marketing, or commercial leadership experience, including team leadership
  • Proven success building and executing commercial strategy in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineered products environment
  • Background in plastics engineering, injection molding, or advanced manufacturing is strongly preferred; deep technical aptitude is essential
  • Experience managing channel partners, rep networks, or distributors
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, scalable processes, and customer retention
  • Strong presence and ability to influence across functions and organizational levels
  • Collaborative team player who welcomes different perspectives and drives alignment through transparency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • If not already local, open to relocation to Erie, PA and becoming a fully embedded member of the Beaumont Team.
