Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and utilize application monitoring solutions leveraging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tealeaf to gain visibility and generate alerts based on application availability and performance in production
- Instrument applications where possible to correlate logs, traces, and metrics
- Measure key SLIs (availability, response time, error rate, job success)
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and build health checks
- Create synthetic monitoring via Dynatrace
- Build and maintain monitoring for SAP systems (S/4HANA, EWM, Fiori, CPI, EDI, etc.)
- Configure alerts for infrastructure, applications, interfaces, and business processes
- Create dashboards for operational reporting
- Engage in technical triage, troubleshooting, and problem resolution on functional and technical issues
- Coordinate major incidents, help identify root cause, and drive post-incident reviews/postmortems
- Ability to navigate end-to-end SAP platforms to analyze and trace issues
- Develop and propose innovative approaches on process improvements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field
- 3-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production, preferably within SAP environments
- Working knowledge of SAP platforms and integrations (S/4HANA, Commerce Cloud, EWM, SAP Integration Suite, Fiori)
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or SAP Cloud ALM
- Demonstrated experience with incident management, production support, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Proficiency in troubleshooting distributed SAP applications across infrastructure, application, and integration layers
- Experience developing synthetic monitors and other test scripts to validate application health
- Understanding of SRE principles, including observability, automation, SLIs/SLOs, availability, and continuous service improvement
- Experience participating in on-call support and major incident response in a production environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to thoroughly document issues, findings, learnings to ensure resolutions, and takeaways are understood by all teammates and peers
