Performance Marketing Specialist – PPC, SEO & GEO (Remote – India)
About Aeozo:
Aeozo is a forward-thinking Australian company driving digital growth through data-led advertising and search innovation. We’re building a remote team in India to scale our performance marketing efforts, and we’re looking for a hands-on PPC expert who can also bring strong on-page SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) thinking to the table.
Role Overview:
This is a fully remote, India-based role where your primary mission is to own and execute paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (TikTok is a bonus). In parallel, please use your SEO and GEO expertise to ensure our search presence, both traditional and AI-driven, continues to grow. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising (Primary )
- Plan, build, and manage high-performing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Own budget allocation, bid strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance—conversion tracking, ROAS, CPA, CTR—using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Continuously optimise for lead generation and e-commerce goals, leveraging first-party data and audience insights.
- Stay current with platform updates, privacy changes (iOS, consent mode), and new ad formats.

Search & Generative Engine Optimisation (Secondary)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO audits to improve organic rankings and CTR.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, internal linking, and technical on-page elements for search engines.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation): Implement strategies to increase brand visibility in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.) by enhancing content authority, structured data, citation-worthy language, and entity optimisation.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to produce and refine content that both ranks and gets surfaced in generative answers.
- Track organic and GEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and emerging GEO analytics platforms.
What We are Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with proven results (e-commerce or lead gen). TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO – you can do keyword research, optimise a page, and interpret Search Console data.
- Familiarity with GEO principles – you understand how AI search engines generate answers and what levers (structured data, clear entities, authoritative quotes, FAQ formats) increase visibility.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup, UTM parameters.
- Comfortable with SEO/GEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable tests and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, remote-working style.
