We are seeking an ERP Systems Implementation and IT Infrastructure Manager to build up IT systems to support business projects. Key responsibilities include setting up effective Operation Systems, launching and maintaining of ERP system while establishing technology foundations for business growth and quantitative analytics support. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of implementing and managing ERP systems, experience implementing ERP systems in multi-country environments, and proficiency in SQL for ERP reporting and data analysis.

About the Role
Reporting to Financial Controller, it’s a one-man-band role to build up IT systems to support business projects. Key deliverables include setting up effective Operation Systems, launching and maintaining of ERP system while establishing technology foundations for business growth and quantitative analytics support.
Responsibilities
- Source and implement ERP system for global supply chain operations
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation and implementation partners
- Design and oversee cloud infrastructure for business systems
- Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection policies
- Manage IT budget and resource allocation
- Collaborate with departments across different regions, and provide training and fostering digital adoption
- Establish data pipelines from ERP to analytics systems and support cross-team data requirements
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-8 years of implementing and managing ERP systems (supply chain/ operations focus preferred)
- Experience implementing ERP systems in multi-country environments
- Proficient in SQL for ERP reporting and data analysis.
- A working understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting (eg., Python) is required to manage technical partners and collaborate effectively with data team
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with concepts of modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery) and data engineering tools (dbt, Airflow) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Station/long stay in Zambia/Tanzania to focus primarily on ERP implementation and core infrastructure
- Employment visa sponsorship could be provided for the right candidate
