Key Responsibilities

Act as a high-touch brand ambassador supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Master Loop Management: Schedule complex, high-volume technical interviews and multi-stage panel loops end-to-end.
  • Time-Zone Synchronization: Coordinate interview agendas across multiple domestic and international time zones.
  • Logistical Problem Solving: Resolve real-time calendar conflicts, interviewer shifting, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Passive Candidate Mapping: Partner with technical recruiters to map diverse technical talent pools competitively.
  • Outbound Sourcing Campaigns: Run initial outbound talent sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Brand Ambassador Role: Act as a high-touch brand ambassador supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Real-Time Communication: Provide transparent candidate communications and status updates from application through offer.
  • System Governance: Maintain ATS data hygiene, keeping profiles updated and ensuring proper historical documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related professional discipline.
  • Experience Baseline: 0 to 2 years of professional corporate internship, staffing agency sourcing, or high-volume administrative coordination experience—ideally operating within a fast-moving technology firm or startup ecosystem.
  • Technical Literacy: Foundational familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), Zoom, and modern enterprise ATS architectures (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday).
  • Calendar Precision: Exceptional time-management skills paired with high attention to detail regarding calendar infrastructure and data accuracy.
  • Communication Polish: Superb verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to write clear, professional emails and build immediate rapport with diverse technical professionals.
