Role Description The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in India. In this role, the analyst monitors network infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure continuous uptime and adherence to client SLAs. Daily responsibilities include identifying and diagnosing network incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, escalating issues according to defined procedures, and documenting actions in ticketing systems. The analyst collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders, follows Standard Operating Procedures, and contributes to maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing environments. The role also involves generating periodic status reports, supporting change implementations, and participating in shift-based 24×7 operations as needed.

- Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (US Timings)
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based service management processes.
- Ability to work in 24×7 shift environments, manage priorities under pressure, and follow documented SOPs and escalation workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with distributed teams and clients.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
· Strong communication skills with customers and technical teams.
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise NOC / Network Operations.
· Experience working in 24×7 rotational shift environments.
· Good understanding of Enterprise Network Monitoring and ITIL-based Incident Management.
· MSP environment experience.&ITIL Foundation certification.

· Monitor enterprise network infrastructure using monitoring platforms.
· Integrate and onboard new network devices/nodes into monitoring tools.
· Configure and maintain monitoring templates, thresholds, and alert profiles.
· Ensure continuous availability of monitored infrastructure.
Incident Management

Network Troubleshooting
· Basic troubleshooting of OSPF, BGP, Routing & Switching.

· Track incidents until complete resolution.
· Prepare RCA, SOP, Incident Reports, Shift Handover Documents, Knowledge Base Articles and Weekly/Monthly Operational Reports.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
