Salary: Up to €100,000 gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Our client is a fast-scaling Sweepstakes Casino operator with a sharp focus on the US market, run from their base in Cyprus. They operate entirely in English and are building a modern, data-led iGaming business with AI and automation at its core - not as a buzzword, but as the foundation of how they run player operations.
Following strong early growth, they are now making their first dedicated VIP hire. This is a true founding role: you won't be stepping into an existing structure - you'll be designing and building the entire VIP function from scratch, from policies and player journeys to CRM automation flows and data models.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious VIP professional who is energised by the idea of building something from zero, owning it end-to-end, and growing into a Head of VIP or Director-level leadership position as the team scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the VIP function end-to-end as the founding hire
- Work hands-on with VIP and high-value players, delivering 1:1 relationship management
- Design the full VIP player journey: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and win-back
- Define VIP policies including bonuses, loss-back, reloads, rewards, and profitability guardrails
- Build and operate an AI- and automation-driven VIP model to enable scale while reducing manual workload
- Create smart CRM triggers and automated engagement flows for VIP players
- Leverage AI tools for player segmentation, churn prediction, and offer personalisation
- Define automation logic and requirements for CRM and internal tools
- Use player data and behavioural signals to identify VIP potential and churn risk
- Monitor and optimise VIP KPIs: LTV, NGR, retention rate, churn, bonus cost %, and reactivations
- Work with BI dashboards to drive real-time decisions
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve VIP strategies using a data-first approach
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, BI, Risk, Payments, and Support teams
- Lay the foundation for future VIP team hiring and management

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in VIP, retention, or player management within iGaming, Sweepstakes, or Casino
- Proven hands-on experience managing VIP and high-value players directly
- Strong understanding of VIP economics: LTV, NGR, bonus cost, and profitability
- Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
- Comfortable using or building AI-driven workflows - hands-on experience preferred, strong interest considered
- Builder mindset - confident in creating processes and structures from zero
- Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts
- Fluent English, spoken and written (mandatory)
- Experience building or managing a team is a strong advantage
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus (relocation support available)
