Description

This engagement will have two primary objectives - Support the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Oracle Primavera Unifier and provide first-level user support.

Lead development and upgrade of a new web application for the existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.

You will identify configuration defects, maintain existing ASP code for the portal and Buildings project listing pages, and collaborate with staff and contractors to upgrade code from .NET Core 8 to .NET Core 10. This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring strong communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Primavera Unifier environments and support end users
• Identify configuration defects and implement necessary corrections Develop, maintain, and upgrade web applications using .NET Core 8 to 10, ASP.NET (VB.NET), and C#
• Maintain existing ASP code for reservations portal and BOB project listing web pages
• Support IIS configuration and manage applications on Windows Server 2016 through 2025
• Perform database design, administration, and optimization using Microsoft SQL
• Ensure application and database security, privacy, and compliance standards are met
• Provide technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to internal staff
• Collaborate with existing staff, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and priorities

Required Skills/Experience

To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier - Version 26 required
• 7+ years experience developing applications in multiple programming languages
• 5+ years database design and administration with Microsoft SQL
• 5+ years experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance
• Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio 2026 v18.7.2, VB.NET, .NET Framework 4.0.0, .NET Core 8-10, and C#
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and SQL database management
• Proficient in IIS configuration and Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
• Experience with documentation and knowledge transfer
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
