Frontend Developer in BANGLADESH

Sourcetop Inc. is a pioneering organization at the forefront of innovation, seeking a highly-skilled frontend developer in Client-side/Web application development with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

Position: Frontend Developer

Job Type: Fully Remote

Requirements:

• Solid HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Clarity on concepts like asynchronous programming, event loops, closures, types, and ES6+.
• Experience building modern web applications and graphic design sensibilities.
• Passionate about writing clean code and creating world-class software.
• Stable work history and an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Architect efficient and reusable frontend systems that drive complex web applications.
• Complete medium to extensive features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Write understandable, testable code with an eye toward maintainability.
• Solve problems and have the tenacity to drive matters to a conclusion.
• Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other standard designing tools.
• Good communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
• Experience working in a remote distributed team would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Frontend developer, showcasing proven expertise in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
