We're looking for someone who understands that reputation management is more than just replying to reviews. It's about improving customer trust, increasing review volume, resolving negative experiences professionally, and helping businesses become the obvious choice in their market.


What You'll Do
  • Monitor client reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, BBB, and industry-specific review platforms.
  • Respond to customer reviews in each client's brand voice while following approved guidelines.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Develop and execute review generation strategies to increase both review volume and average rating.
  • Work with clients to resolve negative customer experiences before they escalate publicly.
  • Monitor brand mentions across the web and report potential reputation risks.
  • Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and account management teams.
  • Track KPIs including review growth, response times, average ratings, and sentiment.
  • Prepare monthly reputation reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with platform policies and best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional experience in a reputation management role is required.
  • Experience managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, empathetic communication style.
  • Ability to remain calm when handling negative customer feedback.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile and major review platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve efficiency while maintaining human quality control.
  • Ability to identify AI-generated content that doesn't sound natural and improve it.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Experience with BrightLocal, GatherUp, Grade.us, Birdeye, Podium, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
