The ideal candidate will coordinate strategic priorities, improve executive decision-making processes, oversee high-impact projects, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
🚀 Key Responsibilities• Partner with executive leadership to translate organizational vision, strategic priorities, and business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, enterprise programs, and executive projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate executive planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews, governance forums, and strategic off-site sessions to drive informed decision-making and organizational alignment
• Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, human resources, legal, marketing, product, sales, and business unit leaders to ensure seamless execution of enterprise priorities
• Develop executive dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), balanced scorecards, and performance reports to monitor organizational progress and strategic execution
• Manage executive communications, board materials, presentations, briefing documents, meeting agendas, action tracking, and follow-up activities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

• Conduct business analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, organizational assessments, and strategic planning to support executive decision-making and long-term growth initiatives
• Identify organizational risks, operational bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies while recommending solutions that improve execution, governance, and business performance
• Drive process optimization, operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Manage executive project portfolios, resource prioritization, governance frameworks, and strategic reporting to ensure timely delivery of business-critical initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, strategic partners, customers, regulators, and executive leadership where appropriate
• Lead, mentor, and develop executive operations specialists, strategy analysts, program managers, and cross-functional project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, discretion, and continuous improvement
✅ Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent are highly advantageous
• 7+ years of experience in executive operations, strategy, business operations, management consulting, program management, or related leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, leading enterprise initiatives, or managing cross-functional strategic programs preferred
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, executive operations, business planning, governance, organizational effectiveness, performance management, project portfolio management, KPIs, and OKRs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, project management platforms, collaboration tools, and business intelligence applications
• Familiarity with digital transformation, organizational change management, AI-powered business analytics, corporate governance, and executive communications is advantageous
