Technical Product Manager - Biomedical AI

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to guide what we build and why. You will connect our science, our software and the people who use it. This role goes beyond running projects. You will help decide which capabilities we build and shape how they work. You will work closely with our engineers, our scientific team and our customers. We are a small and senior team so your influence and impact will be clear from the start.

• Own the product direction for one or more product lines across human health, agriculture and aquaculture
• Turn scientific capability and customer needs into a clear roadmap and decide which features to build
• Write clear product and technical specifications for the team
• Shape the software and system design together with our engineers and take part in architecture decisions
• Keep projects on track and manage scope and timelines within a small team
• Work with customers and partners, join their scoping calls and translate their needs into what we build
• Support proposals and the technical side of contracts and new business
• Help bring our published scientific methods into products we can ship
• Present results and insight in a clear and usable way

Must have

• A BSc or MSc in a technical, scientific or business field such as computer science, engineering, bioinformatics, data science or business administration
• A solid understanding of machine learning and data, enough to guide technical decisions and work with our engineering team
• Experience owning a product, a technical project or a customer solution, where you decided what to build and why
• Experience working directly with customers or partners on requirements, scoping or early sales conversations
• Excellent written and spoken English

Big plus (not required)

• A background in biology or medical and diagnostic work
• Experience turning research into a commercial product
• Familiarity with computer vision or image analysis
• Experience with proposals, statements of work or the commercial side of B2B deals
