About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition at HubFit across Meta, Google, and emerging channels like TikTok. You'll be joining right as we build out our Growth Marketing team, which means real ownership, fast-moving work, and the chance to shape how HubFit grows as we scale.
You'll manage campaigns end-to-end: strategy, creative testing, budget, and reporting, working closely with our Creative Strategist, design, and product teams to keep testing velocity high and CAC moving in the right direction. This is a hands-on role, you'll be in Ads Manager daily, not just reviewing dashboards.

About You
You're a performance marketer who thinks in CPC, CPL, and ROAS, not just impressions. You know how to build a testing roadmap, read the data, and act on it fast. You're comfortable owning a budget end-to-end, from creative brief to daily optimization to reporting, and you bring a builder's mindset to a growing program.

What You'll Do
- Paid Media Ownership: Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, owning budget, targeting, and bidding strategy
- Creative Testing: Partner with our Creative Strategist and design team to develop and test ad creative at a high velocity
- Optimization: Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, hook rate, and watch time daily and weekly, knowing when to kill an underperformer, graduate a winner to scale, or iterate on what's already working
- Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards, and communicate ROAS, CAC, and channel performance to leadership
- Channel Expansion: Evaluate and test new channels and ad products as the program matures
- Systems & Automation: Build and own the alerts, automations, and systems (using AI tools, Revealbot, or similar) that keep campaigns healthy and free up time for strategy
What Success Looks Like
- A paid acquisition program that consistently hits or beats CAC and ROAS targets
- A steady testing pipeline, not one-off campaigns, that keeps creative and targeting fresh
- Clean, reliable attribution and reporting that leadership can trust
- An autonomous owner of the paid program: strategy in, results out, with minimal back-and-forth
- Strong trust and collaboration across Marketing, Design, and Product
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a proven track record of hitting CAC and ROAS targets
- Track record managing $50k+ in monthly ad spend profitably, across one or more accounts
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable building dashboards and making decisions from data
- Experience partnering with a creative or design team to develop and test ad creative
- Familiarity with tracking and attribution setups, such as Meta Pixel or Conversions API
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate performance data into clear recommendations
