Job Description



Full Time | Remote (Work From Home)


Jolie Beauty is one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent cosmetics brands, creating bold, alternative beauty products for customers across the UK, USA and Europe.


As we continue to scale internationally, we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition, retention and ecommerce performance.


This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll oversee paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, website optimisation and commercial growth across multiple markets, working closely with the Founder to execute launches, scale revenue and implement new technologies that drive measurable results.

This is a full-time employed position. The role is fully remote (work from home), with occasional travel for team meetings, content shoots, events or trade shows as required.


Paid Media (Primary Focus)


You’ll own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok.


Responsibilities include:


* Managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads independently

* Planning and optimising TikTok Shop advertising campaigns

* Building full-funnel acquisition campaigns across all paid channels

* Creating structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages and offers

* Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency

* Diagnosing performance changes using data and attribution

* Managing substantial monthly advertising budgets

* Optimising for ROAS, CPA, CAC, MER and contribution margin

* Adapting campaign strategies across UK, USA and EU markets

* Clearly communicating testing methodology and optimisation decisions


Email, SMS & Customer Retention


You’ll treat lifecycle marketing as a core revenue channel.


Responsibilities include:


* Building high-converting launch campaigns within Klaviyo

* Optimising automated flows including Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Recovery and Post Purchase

* Creating and managing audience segmentation strategies

* Coordinating lifecycle campaigns alongside paid acquisition

* Managing SMS and push notification campaigns

* Increasing customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate and retention revenue


Website Conversion, Shopify & CRO


You’ll continually improve website performance through structured testing and optimisation.


Responsibilities include:


* Building and optimising campaign landing pages within Shopify

* Improving product page conversion rates

* Increasing average order value through merchandising, bundling and promotional strategy

* Identifying customer friction points across the purchasing journey

* Analysing funnel performance and implementing improvements

* Using behavioural data to inform website changes

* Working with designers and developers to improve user experience


Commercial SEO


You’ll improve organic discoverability by aligning search intent with our website structure.


Responsibilities include:


* Conducting commercial keyword research

* Optimising product pages and collection pages

* Creating evergreen landing pages

* Improving internal linking and site architecture

* Using SEO insights to support wider marketing strategy


Affiliate & Creator Performance


You’ll work closely with our PR and Social team to maximise the commercial performance of affiliate and creator marketing.


Responsibilities include:


* Monitoring affiliate and creator performance

* Analysing ROI, conversion rates and attributed revenue

* Supporting TikTok Shop affiliate growth

* Identifying opportunities to scale successful creator content through paid advertising

* Producing regular commercial performance reports

* Working with the PR team to ensure creator activity supports launches and wider business objectives


AI, Creative Systems & Automation


We’re looking for someone who embraces AI and modern creative workflows to improve efficiency and marketing performance without deviating from Jolie Beauty's roots in creativity.


Responsibilities include:


* Using AI tools to streamline reporting, campaign planning and performance analysis

* Building AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual processes

* Implementing modern creative workflows using tools such as Figma Make, Weave and other emerging AI platforms

* Collaborating with our designers to rapidly prototype landing pages, ad concepts and campaign assets

* Using AI to accelerate creative ideation, copywriting and testing while maintaining brand quality, and using our original creative sources.

* Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and ecommerce tasks

* Staying up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommending practical improvements that deliver measurable commercial value.


Campaign Planning & Coordination


You’ll coordinate launches across paid media, CRM, ecommerce and creative.


Responsibilities include:


* Building structured campaign timelines

* Defining creative asset requirements

* Coordinating campaign execution across departments

* Ensuring campaigns remain aligned across UK, USA and EU markets

* Managing multiple commercial priorities independently


What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate will have:


* At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in DTC ecommerce performance marketing

* Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads

* Experience running TikTok Shop advertising campaigns

* A structured testing methodology that you can confidently explain

* Experience managing substantial advertising budgets

* Strong Shopify experience, including merchandising and landing page creation

* Experience using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform

* Strong knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns

* Experience using GA4 and marketing attribution platforms

* Strong commercial and analytical thinking

* Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and reporting

* Experience implementing AI-powered creative workflows using tools such as Figma Make, Weave or comparable platforms

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Confidence working independently within a fast-moving, founder-led business
