For an already existing program within the Digital Infrastructure domain at our client, we are looking for a fulltime, interim Senior DevOps Infrastructure Automation Expert for a fully remote assignment. The ideal candidate must be allowed to visit our client in the Netherlands.
Assignment for 12 months with an option to extend
At least 32 hours but preferably 40
FULLY REMOTE but 1-2 occasions per quarter in the Eindhoven Area.
The Senior DevOps Infrastructure Automation Expert will facilitate several network/security projects.
The following experience and skill set is important for this assignment:
You are able to apply ANSIBLE in a Cisco/Palo Alto environment without the use of an excisting code.
Develop code from scratch for Network Automation activities.
In depth knowledge of CISCO/SD WAN system/network configurations.
Monitor/Resolve LAN/WAN/Firewall performance, health and security issues.
MUST HAVE in depth hands on experience with Corporate Global Wide Area Networks, experience with CISCO
Firewall/Security expertise with Palo Alto (must have!)
Infrastructure automation experience with Ansible (must have!)
8+ years in Networking engineer role demonstrating hands on CISCO SD WAN migration experience
Certifications include: CCSA, CCIE, CCIP and/or other Cisco specialized certification
Strong communicator with business proficient English language skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills, very target driven with a strong business focus
