Key Responsibilities

Manage and implement customer communication systems to meet requirements

Provide local support including 24/7 guard service

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under support contracts

Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

Manage and audit subcontractors providing complementary support services

Lead field deployment including configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Maintain technical records and documentation for site work

Ensure project delivery meets quality standards

Provide technical support to Customer Success Managers
