Senior Go Developer - Remote Contract

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Go Developer to work on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs in the Go programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend services using Go to improve system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and security protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and enhance system stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Go (Golang) with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go.

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
