Job Title: SEO/SEA Manager

Location: Frankfurt – Fully Remote

Salary: €58,000

We are seeking a talented and driven SEO/SEA Manager to lead our efforts in transitioning from a paid budget strategy to a robust, organic search-focused approach. This role is crucial for enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving our search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will also have experience in email marketing, leveraging this channel to complement our overall digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize SEA campaigns, with a focus on reducing dependency on paid advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including website audits, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts.
• Analyze and report on SEO/SEA performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support overall digital marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO/SEA Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEA platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC channels.
• Experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
