Description

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our open-source LLM model. You will work closely with a team of talented developers and researchers to ensure the model remains cutting-edge and accessible to the community. Your contributions will help drive the development and adoption of our LLM project.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing, maintaining, and optimizing our open-source LLM model.
• Collaborate with the community, addressing issues, reviewing pull requests, and providing guidance.
• Implement new features and improvements based on community feedback and project goals.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the LLM model.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Document code, and processes, and contribute to project documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a backend Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python's ecosystem.
• Significant contributions to open-source projects, preferably in the AI/ML space.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the community.
• A passion for open-source development and a commitment to advancing AI technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deploying and maintaining large-scale machine learning models.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
