Your role at Exness:
We are looking for a DevOps/Release Engineer who will join our strong and always-growing team in a key position. The ideal candidate can work with teammates and troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and assess situations in real time.
You will:
- Manage the solution for artifact storage using Artifactory and create CI components for building and delivering artifacts to the storage.
- Participate in the creation, development, and support of CI components that follow best practices, security team requirements, and SRE standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of GitOps methodology among teams, and manage the development and support of ArgoCD and ArgoRollouts.
- Participate in DevOps governance meetings, perform audits, and assist teams in adopting DevOps practices.
- Work closely with the SRE department, Security, and Platform teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with best practices.

What makes you a great fit:
- Have 3+ years of experience working in DevOps within product or platform teams.
- Have experience in Python or Golang
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Gitlab-CI
- Experience with ArgoCD and ArgoRollouts
- Have expertise with build automation and continuous delivery tool
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate conversational level
Nice to have:
- Experience with Nomad
- Experience with Istio
- Networking fundamentials
- Experience with cloud platforms
