Growing managed Services firm seek Level Three Tech Support role, can be 100% remote but comfortable with EST time zone work hours, excellent benefits and ability to learn and grow with experienced management team.
Comfortable with using PowerShell for working against Entra ID, the Microsoft 365 suite of services, and Azure

- Knowledge of Intune, Defender, and / or Purview are a plus
- Has experience with managing and maintaining Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
- Any experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and / or Azure AI Foundry – nice to have
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing desired
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
