About The Role

We are looking for a visionary Product Director to lead the charge in building Mintlayer Web Services (MWS). Think of this as building AWS, but specifically architected for the Bitcoin ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between our high-performance Rust core node and the Go/JS service layer that will allow developers to deploy, scale, and manage decentralized applications with ease. As the Head of MWS, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of Go developers, AI specialists, and frontend engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MWS Roadmap: define the product strategy, requirements, and release cycles for our Go/JS-based web services
• Team Building: hire and mentor the MWS engineering team, including backend, frontend, and AI specialists
• Cross-Team Integration: act as the primary bridge between the Rust Core Node team and the MWS product layer
• Market Positioning: work with the Business Development team to manage quotations, enterprise onboarding, and competitive analysis
• UX/DX Oversight: ensure that the MWS Console and SDKs provide a world-class Developer Experience
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a Director or Head of Product role within Cloud, SaaS, or Fintech
• Strong understanding of Go (Golang) and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Deep understanding of the UTXO model, Atomic Swaps, and why building on Bitcoin is fundamentally different from EVM chains
• Strategic vision: ability to take a high-level concept and break it down into a phased, executable roadmap
• Exceptional written and spoken English
