Join Our Team as an HR & Onboarding Administrator!

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised HR & Onboarding Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring that they have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they accept their offer. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete hiring processes across multiple clients within required timelines.
  • Engage with candidates using multiple channels and ensure timely return of documentation.
  • Enhance the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize onboarding efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Train recruiters and hiring managers on ATS usage.
  • Develop recruitment metrics and analytics reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors like payroll providers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create training materials and provide ongoing support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
  • Support internal, client, or regulatory audits with required documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native or fluent in Croatian and English (C1 level), both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience in onboarding, including contract management and management of essential documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, volume-based, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
  • Organized and analytical mindset with experience utilizing spreadsheets to track activity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
