About the Job:


Nonverbia, a pioneering company in AI and data analytics, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Director – Europe to lead the expansion of our innovative solutions into new international markets. We need an inspiring leader to drive our inbound sales team and convert leads into successful sales. This role involves close collaboration with our tech and marketing teams to ensure strong lead generation and exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the remote sales team, setting realistic goals and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Maintain high team morale and productivity while managing remote sales staff across various countries.
  • Collaborate closely with tech and marketing teams to ensure optimal customer experiences and effective sales strategies.
  • Drive the expansion into new international markets.
  • Manage both B2B and B2C sales functions.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating an international, remote team.
  • Ability to lead by example and achieve corporate goals.
  • Confidence in using tech and AI tools to achieve business development objectives.
  • Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
