As a Junior E-Commerce Manager for Italy, you will support the local Markets Planning and Trading team in capturing local demand and driving strong growth by making our online offer locally relevant to our customers. You will work closely with other e-commerce experts such as our pricing, commercial planners and the marketing team to craft attractive campaigns and locally relevant products to our customers.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Support the management the local homepage in terms of content and commercial campaigns and the execution of actions to capture local demand in line with the local trading strategy. Support the planning, implementation, analysis and development of onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.
- Help the preparation of the weekly assortment and website performance insights about your market in order to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Planning and Pricing team to define the long-term commercial plan and weekly steering actions.
- Provide input on the local market needs , customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.
- Help define the local assortment strategy and ensure that relevant assortment for the local customer is made visible across all touch points.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion or beauty online retailer.
- Strong analytical skills, a result-oriented mentality with a drive to get things done and ability to work independently; you have good command of Excel, Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
- Commercial mindset and solid understanding of online fashion trading, you have a good knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in Italy. Knowledge about Beauty and the Spanish market are a plus.
- You have a proactive attitude and are a hands-on person who is curious to understand how things are done more than delegating tasks.
- Native or proficiency in Italian, Spanish is a plus
