Software Engineer

We're building the AI infrastructure layer for how enterprises implement and operate software — automating the documentation, discovery, and decision-making that sits at the heart of professional services and solution engineering. It's a massive, largely undigitised category, and we're going after it.

We're hiring Software Engineers to join us in New York. We have two immediate openings, with more to follow.

The Role

You'll own and ship features end-to-end across our core product surfaces — from technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration. You'll work directly with design, customers, and go-to-market teams to turn complex enterprise workflows into clean, powerful experiences.

In practice, that means building AI-powered collaborative document workflows, rich LLM-backed document generation and review tooling, and integrations with enterprise tools like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint. You'll instrument, experiment, and stay tightly looped with users to drive quality.

This role is in our NYC office, five days a week.

What We're Looking For

We care about what you've built, not where you studied. New grads and self-taught engineers with strong portfolios are just as welcome as those with years of SaaS experience.

• Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning skills — you can ship a polished UI and wire up the APIs and data layer behind it
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and/or Python is preferred
• A track record of shipping user-facing features fast — in a job, an internship, or on your own
• Comfort working across the stack and making sound product judgment calls independently
• Strong CS fundamentals

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000–$350,000 depending on experience

Our Process
