Job Title: Data Analyst, Customer Success

Location: 100% Remote or Local Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio



Overview: The Data Analyst, Customer Success, plays a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance our customer journey and streamline operations. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this position focuses on delivering performance insights and quantitative analyses to drive customer success and portfolio growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and gather data from various sources to support portfolio analysis and ensure data quality.
  • Collect and report on customer success metrics on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Compile operations metrics and generate regular reports, including developing dashboard reports in JIRA.
  • Support business intelligence initiatives through detailed quantitative analysis.
  • Create visual data representations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop initial data sets for the data vault, tailored to meet business needs.
  • Assist in creating automated reporting solutions for customer and operations data.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop data-driven strategies that enhance business and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business data analysis and deriving insights.
  • Strong background in data extraction, statistical analysis, and report creation.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, R, and MATLAB.
