Work from home, UK client, Full-time, Software Tester position.

This role is for a substantial, fast-growing and well respected UK tech company who has hired us to exclusively recruit for them. It is a permanent Work From Home position and everyday you’ll be working directly as part of their UK team. It is a senior role with real opportunities to learn and develop.

Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India.

Experience: 5 years+

Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter).

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Logging and managing defects, using Github
  • Manual testing (unit, regression, integration, system, cross-browser, compatibility and UI testing)
  • Analysing specification documents to create, maintain and execute test cases
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to contribute to product innovation
  • Participating in daily meetings to prioritise workload and remove blockers so deliverables can be met

Required Skills And Experience

  • Tracking defects from reporting to resolution (using Github)
  • Exposure to working in an agile/sprint based environment
  • Exposure to test automation (would be beneficial)
  • Exposure to API testing (would be beneficial)

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Highly desirable - Manufacturing / MRP software.
  • Accounting software, specifically Xero / QBO / Sage
  • Setting up automated testing.
