We are looking for UI/UX designer with fluent German and English language.

What will be expecting you?
- Together with our international team you will be collaborating on modern applications for insurance clients that are mainly based in Austria
- You will be contributing with your ideas to attract our clients with high value software solutions for new products that are to be digitized as well as with ideas to improve existing online insurance products

Requirements
Core Skills we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer of web and mobile apps
- User centric orientation and user understanding
- Good analytical thinking
- Excellent and fluent communication in German with the business stakeholders
- Good English communication with the development team and other teams
- Using principles of Human-centric design
- Knowledge of the design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience with working in an Agile team
- Knowledge of any frontend development language
- JIRA / Confluence
