Job Title: Software Engineer (Front-End)

Enmight is the engineering division of ESU, a globally recognized produce import company. Over the past few years, Enmight has revolutionized operational efficiency for highly complex operations like ESU and has set the stage to launch development projects which will expand our reach beyond the industry and worldwide.

To expedite our journey, we are assembling a team of highly capable software engineers to bring our vision to life.

This Software Engineer (Front-End) position is an exciting opportunity to develop a new and revolutionary product and see it go to market. The ideal candidate will meet the below description.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• 0+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• Intense curiosity, willingness and passion to learn and grow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Proficient in Typescript, Redux, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with modern authentication mechanisms, such as OAuth, JWT, MFA.
• Knowledge of build tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, and Yarn.
• Cloud development experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with multimedia processing tools such as FFmpeg is a plus.
• Cross-platform mobile development experience, especially with React Native.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features using React.js, Typescript, Redux, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications, leveraging frameworks like React Native.

Job Type: Full-time, In-Person.

Location: Palisades Park, NJ 07650 & Englewood, NJ 07631: Relocation accommodations can be considered to assist hired candidates to relocate from their current locations.
