We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle products to lead the strategy, development, and execution of revenue cycle technology initiatives. This role will drive the delivery of innovative software solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize billing processes, and enhance the overall healthcare experience.

The ideal candidate has experience managing healthcare technology products, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into scalable product solutions.

Contract Details:

• 10+ month contract
• 100% remote
• Target Pay: $60/hr W2
• MUST have experience with healthcare revenue cycle products
• No C2C candidates/sponsorship available

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap development, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities using customer feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, clinical, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and implement product solutions.
• Define and track product success through KPIs and OKRs, using analytics to drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor system integrations and data flows to ensure billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and high-quality revenue cycle processes.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of product issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience with a proven history of delivering successful software products.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle products is required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and related technologies.
• Ability to develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare platforms such as Cerner or other electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, claims processing, reimbursement, and payer workflows.
• Familiarity with chronic disease management, value-based care, or risk adjustment.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
