Your future contribution:
With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world. You, as part of our Sales & Service team, will interact with prospects to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. Your goal is to convert users in Free Trial (inbound leads) to engage with the software and help them in their buying decision.
All in all, it's about people and with your help and passion for outstanding sales, we will build a state-of-the-art sales and service department at Smoobu!
How you'll add value:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up
- Close deals and achieve monthly quotas as well as keeping a well organized and maintained pipeline
- Have a clear understanding of the product and provide an above the expectations quality of service to be able to upsell products and services
- Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution
- Proactively improve processes for you and your team
- Understand customer needs and requirements
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- +3 years of sales experience with a proven inside sales experience
- Are a natural people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong skills and desire to master the art of consultative selling especially on the phone
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Pipedrive or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus
- High proficiency in French. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, Spanish, German, Italian, Croatian, or Greek, at a professional level would be advantageous. We also welcome candidates with proficiency in other languages.
