We are filling the following position for our client, an international company from the FMCG sector:

ChatBot Expert (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Leading the deployment of website support and online self-diagnostic solutions in collaboration with multiple business stake holders (content team, market, web operation and hubs)
  • Building the project roadmap and ensuring timely deployment across markets
  • Enhancing natural language understanding and continuously improving user journey on the chatbot channel, including designing the UX and conversation flow
  • Actively using data analytics to maintain and improve the chatbot performances through flow, content, and functional improvements
  • Seizing the opportunities for optimizations, review the demand from the markets, and accordingly, co-create on potential enhancements in collaboration with other CSS team stake holders and markets
  • Ensuring that these requests have always gone through due process before being formally submitted
  • Ensuring requirements on capability enhancements are submitted to product owners according to the right business and consumer priorities
  • Defining the right system requirements that enables the design, deployment, and measurement of the digital support initiative amongst the business stake holders (global CSS, brand & programs, markets, hubs) up until reaching to the consumer
  • Monitoring the key performance indicators (channel usage, Channel NPS, CES) of the self-service touchpoints (Device Diagnostics, Website Support Section, Chatbots, etc.) on digital channels and accordingly, identify, plan, business case, and implement new opportunities to improve selfservice experiences through enhanced user journeys and accompanying digital content that are aligned to the overall digitalization strategy

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Business or similar
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking to fully understand impact of decisions and business issues
  • Several years of validated experience in digital consumer experience functions; Experienced on website Content Management System preferably Adobe Experience Manager and building complex flowchart & diagrams using relevant tools
  • Website content management and chatbot design experience are strong plus
  • Experience with the tools Twilio Flex and Goodle Dialog Flow Consumer
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate projects
  • Strong conceptual thinking and consumer driven
  • Advanced level of English spoken and written
