Project Description:
You'll be working in the marketing automation team where together we provide integration services to all business divisions of the bank group by enabling solutions to unique business/market requirements in line with the established Corporate IT Standards. The marketing automation platform comprises several projects/solutions designed to including, but not limited to researching clients, leveraging research interests and later based on interest models to systematically target clients and present them with relevant research content.
As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play an important role in technology advancement for the marketing automation platform and delivering significant business value while getting opportunity to implement innovative and cutting-edge solutions using Java technologies and Azure cloud services.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
• Design and develop scalable and maintainable Java-based applications, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Rest API, Bootstrap, and microservices (70% of workload).
• Implement responsive front-end designs using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and work on CRM solutions (30% of workload).
• Create and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
• Integrate applications with various Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and perform unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java development and cloud computing.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer, with expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of web development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
• Proficient in database development using SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Adobe Campaign
