Role Description This is a remote role, responsible for implementing and optimizing art assets in the game engine, setting up shaders and materials, and ensuring that 3D graphics perform efficiently across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating tools and scripts to streamline art workflows, collaborating on lighting setups to enhance mood, with technically sound and visually compelling solutions. The Technical Artist will also troubleshoot visual and performance issues, and contribute to polishing game scenes and environments.

- Strong experience with Game Development and 3D Graphics, including integrating assets into game engines and optimizing visual performance.
- Proficiency in Scripting to build tools, automate workflows, and support art and technical pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Lighting in real-time engines, including setting up, balancing, and optimizing scene lighting.
- Familiarity with industry-standard 3D and game tools (e.g., Unity or Unreal Engine, Blender or Maya, version control systems).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, communicate clearly, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of real-time rendering, shaders, materials, and optimization techniques for games.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in game development, computer graphics, technical art, or a related field.
